There is a huge period portrait! This measures 29cm x 39.5, it is mounted on a slightly larger card and features several signatures to the reverse.

There is also a accompanying photo album from the same soldier.

Inside are many portraits, pictures of training, rad service, parades, tanks and time with family.

The cap is Complete with its superb stacked 2 piece machine applied national eagle and cocarde insignia to the front.

This superb example of a panzer M43 cap shows very minimal wear! The cap’s cotton twill lining is complete and size marked 56 with a depot stamp and date “P 43”

These caps are highly sought after and not often offered for sale!

The straps are a mid war set of private purchase straps made from boiled wool, the straps are fitted with tropical SS tresse as was often the case in the later stages of the war as materials became harder to source.

The straps show honest wear and age with a little mothing to the waffenfarbe and wear to the inside tongue sections from where the panzer wrap shoulder strap loops have rubbed.

A great original set of SS panzer used straps at a bargain price!
